We keep this short and specific on purpose. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything other than what is described below.

If you submit the quote request form, we collect what you type into it:
- First and last name
- Email address
- City
- The service you are interested in
- Your project timeline
- Whatever you write in the message field
We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records some technical information when you visit:
- Which pages you viewed and how long you stayed
- The website or search that sent you here
- Your general location, at the city or region level, estimated from your IP address
- Your device type, browser, and screen size
This is aggregate information about how the site is used. It is not used to identify you personally, and we do not attempt to link it to a named individual.

- Google Fonts and Cloudflare deliver the fonts and icons the pages are built with. Loading any file from another server necessarily reveals your IP address to it, which is how the web works rather than a choice we made about your data.
Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep things
Quote requests are kept as business records for as long as they may be relevant to a current or prospective project, and in line with normal record-keeping for construction work. Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis under the settings of the analytics account. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will handle it. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you submit through the form is protected in transit. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not store payment details or sensitive personal records on this site at all, which keeps the risk low.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging construction work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will remove it.
